Vibra Specialty Hospital of Portland is seeking a dynamic Director of Pharmacy to join our team.
The Director is responsible for the total operation of the Pharmacy service in a 73-bed hospital. The Director provides departmental planning and formulates policies and procedures for pharmacy service, including ongoing employee education.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
- A Doctor of Pharmacy degree or significant clinical training is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience within an acute care hospital pharmacy strongly preferred.
- Effective organizational, communication and coordination skills.
- Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist by the Oregon Board of Pharmacy.
